The fine print details: Free pizzas are offered through a SMS digital rebate program. Valid for purchases made in Wisconsin only with valid receipt dated 07/05/2021*. Consumer must purchase a Screamin’ Sicilian Pizza (value $5.99 or higher, excludes Single Serve and Stromboli products). Rebates will be issued via PayPal or Venmo and are good for purchases made on 07/05/2021* only. The rebate redemption period open from 07/05/2021 through 07/11/2021.
