    Giacomo took over the leadership of Palermo’s from his father – the one and only “Papa Palermo” – after literally growing up in the business. He believes in surrounding himself with great people and is fond of saying that Palermo’s is as much in the people business as in the Pizza business. One of Giacomo’s greatest sources of satisfaction is mentoring and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Angelo also grew up in the family business and now puts his experience in production, maintenance and procurement to work as chief operating officer. He and our dedicated Pizzaiolos ensure that our retail partners can count on having their freezers stocked full of our delicious Pizza. He is committed to delivering a Great Pizza Experience – not only our company mission, but also Angelo’s personal mission.

    Chief Creative Officer

    Laurie is responsible for providing a comprehensive vision for the Palermo brand. She manages the creative process to ensure that Palermo’s achieves its goals while retaining its authentic Italian heritage. Laurie is the creative mind behind many successful Palermo brands, as well as the design of Villa Palermo – our Tuscan Villa-inspired office and manufacturing plant.

    Robert makes sure that Palermo’s uses its resources in a way that maximizes our sales and marketing efforts for the benefit of our valued customers. He is motivated by working with people who not only love Pizza, but are focused on providing a long-term, positive Pizza experience for our customers. His passion for Pizza and people is without a doubt a tribute to his grandparents, whose spirit continues to guide the business they founded 50 years ago. He’s proud to be part of the third generation of Falluccas involved in the family business.
