Our dedicated Research & Development team, including our Corporate Chef and Food Scientist, along with our ongoing product research and market monitoring enables Palermos to create truly unique products that are on the cutting edge of pizza trends. Our Innovation Center features 25 foot stainless steel tasting islands, a bank of home ovens including gas, electric, convection to test products in real world cooking environments and our Pizzeria, which is open to the public, allows us to test new product concepts with actual consumers.
