We generally seek managers, supervisors, technical, maintenance and professional staff who have experience in the food manufacturing industry. We will look for individuals who can demonstrate their compatibility with our MVPs and PPCs.

Administrative and warehouse staff should have a good attendance record and relevant experience for the position.

Production and packaging positions are available at unskilled, skilled and semi-skilled levels.

Quality Auditor

We’re looking for Quality Auditor’s on 1st and 2nd shift. This position will check incoming materials against specifications; recommend changes to procedures, equipment and guidelines. High School or equivalent required 1 + years Quality Assurance exp. in the food industry, and exposure to microbiological testing. Computer exp. in Microsoft products required. Good skills in math, oral and written communication, problem-solving, documentation and organization. Bilingual in Spanish pref’d. Pay based on experience; growth opportunities.

Plant Maintenance

Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing, food industry background a real plus. Knowledge of high speed machinery, ability to trouble shoot, electrical, and welding is required.
