Factory Tours
Experience a little taste of Italy without leaving Milwaukee. Take Palermo’s Pizza factory tour where you’ll learn more about the company’s history through an interactive video and see how tasty Palermo’s Pizzas are made today. Tours take approximately one hour to complete and the best part – tours include a slice of hand-stretched pizza from Palermo’s pizzeria! Just be sure to book your tour in advance as reservations are required for all tours.

Reservations are Needed for All Tours
- Monday through Thursday for groups from 10 to 50 people
- Limited reservations for special groups on Fridays
- Also ask about our wine/beer pizza pairings

Days & Hours:
Public tours are held Fridays at 1:30 p.m. Contact us to reserve your space.
Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. by reservation only.
For adults and children ages 5 and up, tour includes:
- Tour of our facility
- Slice of fresh pan pizza in our pizzeria
- Beverage ticket
- Choice of:
Primo Tour Package, which includes Palermo's t-shirt: $9.25 per person
Segundo Tour Package, which includes Palermo's oven stick souvenir: $6.50 per person
For Children ages 2-4:
- $3.50 per child
- Includes: ½ slice of pizza, beverage ticket and mini souvenir
Children under 2: Free with one paid adult admission. Tour only. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Payment by cash or credit card prior to or on day of tour. Prices valid for 2013.
