We generally seek managers, supervisors, technical, maintenance and professional staff who have experience in the food manufacturing industry. We will look for individuals who can demonstrate their compatibility with our MVPs and PPCs .
Administrative and warehouse staff should have a good attendance record and relevant experience for the position.
Production and packaging positions are available at unskilled, skilled and semi-skilled levels.

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
The Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates all activities of production as it relates to production output, quality and efficiency. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for enforcing all rules set forth by Palermo's, USDA and OSHA.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years Production Supervisor experience, food manufacturing environment experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
OperationsSupervisor - Maple Street
The Operations Supervisor will supervise and coordinate all activities of production as it relates to production output, quality and efficiency. Additionally, he/she is responsible for enforcing all rules set forth by Palermo’s, USDA and OSHA. This person will be expected to motivate and train team members, achieve production results, and function as a business and technical resource. This is a WORKING supervisor role – the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for pulling DSD orders as well as overseeing operations.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in production or logistics
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
