Our Inspiration
Our home, “Villa Palermo”, was inspired by a 16th Century Sicilian villa called “Villa Le Volte”, located outside of Sienna in the Tuscany region of Italy. The unique U-shaped design that architect Baldassare Peruzzi used for Villa Le Volte was a revolutionary departure from the square block-shaped buildings constructed around a central courtyard that were typical of that period.
The lateral wings of Villa Palermo house the corporate offices and the Pizzeria & Café / Company Store with an open courtyard between them. Our courtyard provides visitors with the feel of Italy as they enjoy homemade pizza and sip San Pellegrino while enjoying the sounds of Italian music and the bubbling of the fountain imported from Italy.
Factory Tours
Want to learn more about Palermo’s Pizza? Tours are available of our Villa Palermo facility where you’ll learn about how pizzas are made, our company’s history and other fun facts about pizza. Tours take approximately 1 hour to complete and include a 20-minute video of our company history; a walking tour of the plant and a slice of our fresh pan pizza in our Pizzeria & Café and Palermo’s merchandise.
Reservations Are Needed
Monday through Thursday for groups of up to 20 people.
Limited reservations for special groups on Fridays.

Public tours are held on Fridays at 1:30PM & 3:30 PM. Call ahead to reserve your space.

Group Tour Package A
For just $5 per person, your group will receive a tour of our facility, a slice of Palermo’s Fresh Pan Style Pizza in our Pizzeria & Café as well as a Palermo’s Kitchen Ruler/Pizza Pull. Children under the age of 5 are free. Payment to be made prior to or at the time of the tour by cash or credit card.
Group Tour Package B
For $7.50 per person, your group will receive a tour of our facility, a slice of our Fresh Pan Pizza in our Pizzeria & Café & a Palermo’s T-shirt. Children under the age of 5 are free (T-shirt not included). Payment to be made prior to or at the time of the tour by cash or credit card.
